DR. DALE R. FAIRCLOTH
Dale was born and raised in East Texas. He first came to South Florida in 1976 as a serviceman of the United States Air Force. Stationed at Homestead Air Force Base, he joined a local church where he met his future wife, Alinda.
After receiving an undergraduate degree in Business from Sam Houston State University, Dale dedicated his life to full-time vocational ministry. He began serving as Pastor of Connect Church while it was still a mission in 1993 and received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty Theological Seminary in 2009.
He and Alinda share a passion for ministering to the families of the Western Communities. They have one son, Dr. Kyle Faircloth, who serves as an Inter-Cultural Professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Kyle and his wife Christine, have a son, Micah and daughter, Kyla Ann. Pastor Dale and Alinda are very happy to be grandparents. He is also a huge sports fan and enjoys spending downtime in his workshop.
Pastor Mike pastored two congregations in Michigan and served as a board member for the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism. He has served as an International Bible Conference Speaker and taught Bible at The Word of Life Institute in Sydney, Australia. He is a founding pastor of a church plant in Lake Worth called Recovery Church and worked at The Treatment Center. He also has taught, as an Associate Professor of Bible, with Seminary Advantage, and Adjunct Professor of Bible at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Mike now serves as Executive Pastor for Connect Church. Mike and Diane have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
Pastor Duval is a 26-year veteran Law Enforcement Officer, who served in many roles, including undercover capacity combating Human Trafficking, as well as a Special Victims Unit (SVU) Detective. He retired in 2017 after being called into fulltime ministry.
He earned his ministry degree through Seminary Advantage in Practical Theology and began his Pastoral ministry in February of 2015. He serves as Assistant Pastor as a church planter at the Acreage Campus. Presently, his focus is to assist in Re-Connecting all who attend on campus or online to the Royal Palm Campus.
Pastor Duval and his wife Rosa have four awesome children.
His favorite scripture reference is Philippians 1:20 – “My eager expectation and hope is that I will not be ashamed about anything, but that now as always, with all courage, Christ will be highly honored in my body, whether by life or by death.”
Misael Valera has served in Worship Leadership from the early age of seventeen. He, his wife Rosy, and their children have given attention to numerous projects such as the creation of a music school, a music studio, and a Christian café. Misael has had the honor of working with Hispanic Christian Music artists such as Marco Vidal and Marcos Brunet.
He currently leads worship for Connect Church.
Pastor Tristan is from upstate South Carolina. Tristan came to know Jesus as his Savior at the age of seven and received God’s call to Student Ministry at age of seventeen. Since then, Tristan has served within Student Ministry. He has a passion for this ministry. Tristan graduated from North Greenville University in 2019 with a degree in Christian Studies.
He began serving the students at Connect Church in December of 2020. He and his wife Emily have no children but love spending time with students and their dog, Lupin.
