Serving Opportunities
Ministry opportunities to serve within the church body are available to all Ministry Partners. Greeters, helpers, teachers, singers, instrumentalists, hosts, computer and camera operators are a sample of the many ministry prospects available.
Matthew 20:28 "just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
Connect Kids
Partnering with parents on their journey to disciple their children. We hope that you will join us and find a place to connect.
Prerequisites
- Minors who serve must be in 6th grade or greater.
- Adults must have a heart for serving our youngest disciples.
- Background Check
- SAAT Online Training
- Must be a ministry partner of Connect Church.
Connect Teens
Partnering with parents on their journey to disciple their teens. We hope that you will join us and find a place to connect.
Prerequisites
- Minors who serve must be in 6th grade or greater.
- Adults must have a heart for molding our youth biblically.
- Background Check
- SAAT Online Training
- Must be a ministry partner of Connect Church.
Tech Team
Whether that is sound, cameras, lighting or other technology skills, this is an opportunity to serve the Lord with your God given talents.
Prerequisites
- Teachable Spirit
- Ability to be at church prior to service starting
- 13+ years old to serve in the Tech Team
- Must be a ministry partner of Connect Church.
Worship
Release your worship! Help share your musical talents through either singing or playing an instrument for worship services. Help us make a joyful sound for the Lord.
Prerequisites
- Minors who serve must be in 9th grade or greater.
- Abilty to play an instrument or sing live.
- Ability to attend rehearsals and to be at church prior to service starting.
- Must be a ministry partner of Connect Church.
Hospitality & Greeters
Whether greeting our congregation as they enter church, or helping serve refreshments and other opportunities, we love to see you smile and help share your God given joy!
Prerequisites
- Serve with a joyful heart and help out where necessary.
- Must be a ministry partner of Connect Church.
Safety
Helping to keep our congregation and staff safe while they visit and worship. Serving and protecting our friends in Christ.
Prerequisites
- Must be 18+ to serve on Security Team
- Background Check
- Must be a ministry partner of Connect Church
Men's Ministry
Help with coordinating or planning events for our Men's Ministry. The Men's Ministry of Connect Church offers many ways throughout the year for guys to make new friends and encourage each other to be Godly Authentic Men.
Prerequisites
- Must be a male ministry partner of Connect Church.
Women's Ministry
Helping to keep our congregation and staff safe while they visit and worship. Serving and protecting our friends in Christ.
Prerequisites
- Must be a female ministry partner of Connect Church.
Prayer
Helping lift our church body up in prayer. Practicing purposeful prayer on prayer requests that are shared with our team.
