The Worship Team is an auditioned group of musicians including vocalists and rhythm section players. The team leads the Sunday morning worship and special events throughout the year. Singers must be able to blend, ability to memorize and also find harmonies. Ability to read music is a plus but not a requirement. The team follows a monthly rotation and scheduling is based on individual’s availability and on the worship set demand.

The Worship Team currenlty has some open spots for Vocals (specially male), Keys, Guitars (Acoustic, Electric and Bass) as well as Drums. Please contact the church office for additional information or to schedule your audition

If you love singing and have a heart for worship, consider joining this dynamic worship-leading team. The worship choir supports the congregational singing as well as providing special music during our Sunday morning gatherings and special events. The worship choir rehearses on Wednesdays after the UCL scheduled times throughout the year. There is no audition and singers age 16 and above are welcome to join.

Throughout the year there are several opportunities for those who play brass, strings, woodwinds or percussion instruments to create variety and to enhance the worship experience.  If you play any of those instruments and would like to join the team, please contact the church office.

Kids Praise is an exciting and fun musical ensemble for kids K through 6th grade. Performances occur at selected days throughout the year during our worship services and special events. We meet on Wednesdays at 6p in the Children’s department and kids are always welcome to join.

This is an auditioned ensemble consisting of 8-12 singers committed to musical variety, beautiful harmonies, and more challenging musical expressions. This ensemble rehearses on the selected days based on the project and availability. Connect Church Voices performs during special services and events throughout the year including our Good Friday and Christmas production.

The wai JUNIOR is an extension of the Worship Arts Institute designed specifically for kids ages 9-12 years old.  The Program is based on the Orff Schulwerk approach to teaching children music through singing, movement, rhythmic work, instrumental ensembles, improvisation and music theory.  Through wai JUNIOR, kids will learn to express themselves musically in increasingly challenging (but still fun) ways.
